How does a project start and how long does the start take?
With a five-day start: a data audit and a pilot plan. The first stage is analysis and technical design, roughly 3–5 days: we get into the context, audit the data, form hypotheses and lock a specification with success metrics. An outline roadmap for your task takes 24 hours.
How long does a whole project take?
Three stages: analysis and technical design about 3–5 days, development and validation about 2–4 weeks, integration and pilot about 1–2 weeks. First result in 1–2 weeks, MVP in 2–4 weeks.
How are price and accountability fixed?
A fixed price in the contract, with KPIs and SLAs in the contract as well. Every calculation, from the initial cost and schedule estimate to the final economic effect, is transparent, recorded in documents and updated as the project develops.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, NDA on request. It is a standard part of working with a client’s data.
How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?

What do you hand over at the end of a project?
At the integration and pilot stage we embed the solution into the client’s IT landscape, start pilot operation and hand over the artefacts, the documentation and the knowledge to the team. From there the solution can be supported as a product: MLOps, CI/CD, versioning, monitoring.
