This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the website alliti.tech (hereinafter referred to as the Website) may obtain about the User while using the website.

1. Definition of Terms

1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Website Administration" refers to the authorized employees managing the website, acting on behalf of LLC "ALLITI".
1.1.2. "Personal Data" means any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (the personal data subject).
1.1.3. "Processing of Personal Data" means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automated means on personal data.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The User's use of the website constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must cease using the website.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration regarding non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Website Administration when filling out feedback forms.
3.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy include: name, contact phone number, email address, company name.

4. Purpose of Information Collection

4.1. The Website Administration may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:
- User identification.
- Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the Website, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User.

5. Web Analytics and Cookies

5.1. The Website uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics counter (counter number 111145758). The service is provided by Yandex under the terms published at yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse.
5.2. The counter automatically collects depersonalised information about visits to the Website: IP address, browser, device and operating system data, screen resolution, referral source, pages viewed and actions taken on them, and the date and time of the visit. Cookies are stored in the User's browser so that repeat visits can be recognised.
5.3. Purposes of processing: measuring Website traffic, analysing visitor behaviour, and improving the content and operation of the Website. The data is processed in depersonalised form and is not used by the Website Administration to identify the User.
5.4. Session recording (Webvisor) is disabled on the Website.
5.5. The User may opt out of this collection by disabling cookies in their browser settings or by installing the official Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on: yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out. Opting out does not affect the ability to use the Website.

6. Interactive Checklist

6.1. The page alliti.tech/checklist/ hosts an interactive twelve-question checklist. It is published in Russian only. Taking it is voluntary; no registration and no contact details are required.
6.2. While the User is answering, the answers are kept in the browser's local storage (localStorage) and are not transmitted to the Website Administration. This is so that progress survives an accidental page reload. The User may erase them with the "Start over" button on the page or through the browser.
6.3. Once the last question is answered, a depersonalised result is transmitted to the Website once: the chosen answers, the resulting score, the result profile, and the date and time. No name, email address, telephone number or other contact details are transmitted, and none are requested on that page.
6.4. Stored alongside the result are the browser identification string (user-agent) and an irreversible cryptographic transformation (hash) of the IP address. The hash is used only to tell a repeated submission of the same result from a new one and to estimate the number of visitors; the IP address itself is not stored with the checklist result.
6.5. Purposes of processing: understanding which automation difficulties visitors encounter most often, and improving the content of the Website and the services provided. Results are processed in depersonalised form, are not used to identify the User, and are not passed to third parties.
6.6. The User may avoid transmitting a result by not completing the checklist: nothing about the answers is transmitted to the Website before the last question is answered.
